At Shell, as the UK MOC & HCR Prevention Lead, my role encompasses being the process owner for management of change and the focal point for hydrocarbon release reduction. Within this capacity, our team has advanced asset integrity through initiatives like the Minimum Intervention Strategy for Inspection, directly contributing to enhanced safety and operational efficiency. The successful deployment of an Anomaly Management system, achieving a 70% reduction in offshore reporting, highlights our commitment to continuous improvement.Leveraging an ASME Level 2 certification and specialized skills in Management of Change and Risk Management, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver projects that prioritize safety and integrity. My approach to process safety has been shaped by over a decade of experience at Shell, where my leadership has not only ensured compliance with rigorous industry standards but also fostered a culture of proactive risk management and fiscal prudence.
