As a Contracts Manager, my role involves evaluating potential contracts with particular emphasis on buildability and site restriction/hazards, compiling pre-tender programmes, site visit reporting, sub-contractor selecting and evaluating plant requirements.Once on-site, it is my responsibility to compile the construction programme and oversee the procurement of sub-contractors, major materials and plant. In addition, I am responsible for all matters relating to Health & Safety, Quality Control and progress of the on-going work. I am the first point of contact for the client and provide support for numerous Site Managers.
