Experienced commissioning engineer in Variable Speed Drives and DC Drives applications from small kW to MW\'s. As standalone and systems solutions for over 30 years, including all peripheral products to them such as EMC Filters, Chokes, Braking resistors and choppers, Regen solutions and protection.The last decade to compliment this, has been focused on Power Quality, initially with Harmonics, with the last 7 years focus has been on Transient and Supraharmonics. The engineering side helps keep me focused on the Sales and Marketing side of CPA, as i get to work and solve things in the field, helping me find ways through marketing, demonstrate how the countless companies we have helped fix site issues and how. I love the saying \"what get\'s measured gets managed\" by Peter Drucker, we use this in our approach to Power Quality today. The thing i love most about my job, is everyday we learn something new.
