I work with a leading ERP vendor, taking customer requirements and translating those into a compatible Cloud Architecture, and explaining the business benefits to non-IT users of a move to Cloud Deployment.This encompasses all technical areas of the customer environment, including connectivity, integrations, custom code and hosting of 3rd party products. There is also a heavy involvement in the operational side, from explaining our Change Management and Software Development Lifecycle policies, answering questions about the transition to the Cloud, and raising requests for our internal teams based on the designed architecture.Also have responsibility for our technical products from a Pre Sales perspective, focusing on our Integration and e-Commerce solutions.
