I\'m a Technical Support / Application Support professional with around 4.7 years of experience supporting enterprise and fintech applications in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.Currently, I work at QAD India as a Technical Analyst, supporting the SRM platform for global manufacturing clients. My role involves troubleshooting production issues using AWS CloudWatch and log analysis, supporting deployments, handling integrations with ERP and third-party systems, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA. I also create KB articles to improve support efficiency and customer experience.Before this, I worked in fintech and banking domains, supporting critical services like AEPS, IMPS, DMT, and fraud-detection systems. Across my roles, I’ve consistently worked at the intersection of customers, technology, and product teams — debugging issues, improving monitoring, automating repetitive tasks with Java, and making sure users get fast, reliable resolutions.I’m particularly interested in Plain because it’s clearly focused on building a modern, developer-friendly and customer-centric support platform. I like that Plain treats support as a core product experience, not just a ticketing function. That strongly aligns with how I work — I enjoy digging deep into issues, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving processes so customers have a smoother experience.
