ABOUT JOHN J. DRISCOLL

I am an experienced international attorney representing clients from all over the world with respect to their investments in the U.S. Many of my clients are from Turkey and include some of the largest Turkish companies which have substantial and growing investments in the United States and other countries. I also represent smaller companies as well as individuals from Turkey and other countries in a variety of legal matters relating to their activities in the U. S. My law firm Carter Ledyard & Milburn assists my international clients in litigation and arbitrations as well as in my areas of expertise. I receive referrals from lawyers around the world who entrust me to provide excellent legal services for their clients in their U. S. business matters. They select me for my for knowledge of law, advocacy, cultural sensitivity, service and discretion. In addition to Turkish clients, I also represent clients from the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Germany and China.In the intellectual property area I assist domestic and foreign clients in securing, protecting and commercializing these increasingly valuable assets across a wide variety of industries including new media, healthcare, business services and financial industries. My work involves creating intellectual property assets, acquiring intellectual property assets, licensing, joint ventures and technology investments.
