Maintain the Foundation\'s Salesforce CRM for donor data collection and storage- Collaborate closely with development leads to design forms for receiving, processing, or tracking data; process data including receipt, entry, verification, or filing of information- Promote and support a data-focused organizational culture, organize trainings, and support others in the daily use of data systems while ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and Foundation standards- Manage data extraction and reporting processes, including the generation of data queries based on validation checks identified during data entry to resolve identified problems- Confer with the Foundation\'s department end users to define or implement system requirements such as data release formats, delivery schedules, and testing protocols- Help design a new campaign structure that focuses on donor impact and retention- Design workflows and automations that will help increase efficiency and reduce human error- Design comprehensive dashboards, campaigns, and reports for monthly and quarterly earnings meetings- Troubleshoot all development-related Salesforce issues, including but not limited to the integration of data from the EDF website- Manage and develop the newly created Board of Directors App within Salesforce, which seeks to collect and analyze all Board member activities, gifts, and engagements- Document all development-related system configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference- Perform other duties as assigned.
