As a seasoned professional with 23+ years of global work experience, I specialize in managing portfolios of initiatives in a hybrid, adaptive, and Scaled Agile environment. My expertise spans Portfolio and Program Management, Strategy and Consulting, Customer Success, Delivery, Digital Transformation, DevOps, Agile Practices, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software, and Deal Desk activities.I bring extensive experience managing Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid projects end-to-end, with a range of engagements such as Consulting, Delivery, Implementations, Account Management, and has held various roles including Digital Transformation Manager, Portfolio Manager, Onsite / Offshore Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Spotify Agile Consultant, and DevOps Consultant.Since 2013, I have been immersed in the Agile world, working with multiple frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, and Spotify Models, while also holding certifications as a SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Recognized TBMA. Recently I obtained my NV1 Security Clearance. In addition, since 2017, I have focused on Digital Transformation engagements with expertise in Agile Delivery, Design Thinking, Decoupled Architecture, Automation, Use of Microservices, CI/CD DevOps Framework and Persona-based Change Management.I have successfully led teams through their complete Agile and Digital Transformation journeys, bringing a global perspective gained through extensive work in the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions, and with major brands including Oracle, HSBC, ESRI, Tech Mahindra, Apptio, NSW Government, and SBS.On a personal front, I\'m also an active InterNations Ambassador and Consul in Sydney, where I host various professional networking events and social activities across the city.
