Audit Safety Procedures (including PIT training). Leads bi-weekly Leadership Gemba walks. Holds and audits fire alarms, severe weather, and evacuation drills and preparations. Writes and reviews operations and training Standard Operating Processes, Work Instructions, job hazard analysis, and forms needed for safety and operational processes. Additional safety involvement as needed. Provides risk assessment as Liaison for Workers\' Compensation.
