Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to design specialized equipment for lens coating applications. Collaborate with materials manufacturers to introduce new coatings and enhance existing lens coating processes for anti-fog and anti-scratch applications. Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to hand off processes after development is completed and implement those processes on the production floor at Oakley in the US and at Contract Manufacturing in Taiwan. Oakley - Process Engineering Manager. Responsible for all coating processes and equipment. Design of new coating equipment and coating processes. Member of the Quality Improvement Team working with our local and overseas team to improve processes.30 direct reports, including process engineers, process techs, and process auditors. Essilor - Training Manager / Engineer Project Lead. Managed the Crizal training team. Responsible for Crizal lab deployment, including new and existing processes in the US, Mexico & Canada.
