Direct, monitor, manage, and improve efficiencies in all operations and objectives for the Cyber Operations line of business within Salient’s C4US Business Unit. • Manage and direct all strategic project planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management within Cyber Operations which currently has approximately $50 Million in active contracts. • Oversee Program/Project Managers as well as involvement in day to day management of various contracts for multiple DoD customers to include C-RAM CCM, C-RAM OCO, TSOF, MCTSSA TSS, MTSS, GTMO Engineering, CNRMA Engineering, and VA Infrastructure QA. • Responsible for full life cycle program/project management activities (initiating/planning/executing/monitor and controlling/closing). Execute operational and deliverable requirements, create status reports/briefings, and manage personnel while adhering to project baselines (i.e. budget/schedule/scope/quality) • Responsible for business development functions to include strategic initiatives/capture activities, developing successful pricing strategies, and authored multiple proposals resulting in prime and subcontract awards. • In depth experience with coordinating and managing a wide range of proposal/RFP activities to include strategic approach for RFP responses. Responsible for overall proposal management activities for dozens of technical, management, and pricing volumes. • Oversee the Tampa Talent Operations Center (TOC), one of 3 national centers responsible companywide recruitment, market research, and employee hiring. • Prepare training sessions as well as provide on the job training to Project Managers, Deputy Project Managers, and Talent Operations Center (TOC) Managers.
