Senior Account Manager and Digital Transformation business leader within the Federal Account Team of Microsoft Canada based in Ottawa Canada. Primary responsibilities include leading a virtual team of enterprise and pre-sales technology professionals covering our diverse Government account base within the Canadian Federal Government focused on transforming our customer’s business with Microsoft solutions. For the last 9 years I have managed Shared Services Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada as they dictate the IT policy and operational landscape for the Government of Canada and line departments. Over the last 5 years my focus has been Microsoft’s three cloud properties: Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 and developing the Government of Canada’s endorsement and procurement processes for Cloud.Lead of the multi-year multi-disciplinary pursuit team, including Microsoft Senior Leaders that closed the Government of Canada Enterprise Agreement including Microsoft 365 E3 for over users.
