ABOUT JOHN BERRY

I am a versatile and experienced Director with a history of successfully running both Sales and Operational teams, delivering specialist construction projects. In recent years I have specialized in working at height and fire door installation /remedial/ inspection projects. Previously I ran IT managed services and specific projects for customer accounts with a TCV up to £25 million across Finance and Telecommunication sectors. I proactively assisting customer IT journeys to meet their business demandsI began my career in Banking before transitioning into IT. I am professional, organised and have natural leadership capabilities with the communication skills to direct and inspire teams and entire accounts to hit year on year increasing customer satisfaction, revenues & gross margin improvement targets. I use proven methods and key account management strategies combined with collaborative selling and strategic partnering techniques to enhance account capabilities, manage risk and exceed expectations for delivery, revenue and margin to convert business needs into reality. I establish strong & meaningful stakeholder relationships (from Board level / senior executives to Subject Matter Experts) and enthuse and motivate the teams that I lead. I embraces change and I now find intuitive ways to assist corporate and SME clients with their business growth, delivery, challenges and setting goals.
