Directed a £15m global upgrade of Dell Enterprise Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS) from Gen2 to Gen3, spanning six countries (UK, HK, US, MX, IND, GE). • Managed £7m global storage evergreening project to replace End of Life (EOL) Cisco storage hardware on over 150 switches in five countries, UK, HK, GE, IND and Saudi (Line cards, supervisors and SFP modules). • Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP), cloud migration and directory services transformation projects, including LDAP migrations to a Kubernetes Internal platform (KIP) and Directory service upgrades to latest versions in the UK, US, HK.
