John Galardi\'s background is in providing educational leadership in Miami-Dade County Public Schools; the fourth largest school district in the country, the largest school district in the State of Florida and the recent winner of the Broad Prize, which is given to the highest performing urban school district in the nation. Over the past 15 years, John has worked as a Teacher (Miami Killian SHS), an Assistant Principal (Felix Varela SHS) as Vice Principal (Miami Southridge SHS), Principal (South Dade Middle School) and currently Principal at Homestead Senior High School. His focus has been, and currently is, to provide the highest quality of education on an individualized basis to all students. In order to accomplish this John\'s work has been dedicated to improving the quality of instruction, to provide a learning environment that is clean and safe, and to build partnerships with all stakeholders.
