I currently lead ATS Central Operations for Amazon Transportation Services in Europe, following a recent transition into this role after 15 years with Amazon. I partner with teams across regions to drive end-to-end network performance, operational excellence, and scalable solutions that support Amazon’s fast-growing and increasingly complex transportation network.With over 15 years of experience spanning supply chain, operations management, and consulting, I bring a strong track record of delivering customer-centric, cost-effective, and innovative outcomes. My work focuses on improving speed, reliability, and resilience across large-scale logistics networks while enabling teams to operate at their best.My core strengths include leading diverse, high-performing teams; driving technology-enabled transformation; and managing complex cost and budget structures. I have deep expertise in global procurement strategies, in- and outsourcing models, and continuous improvement across transportation and fulfillment operations.I’m passionate about building strong partnerships across functions and regions, investing in people development, and leveraging data, automation, and AI to unlock sustainable performance improvements. My goal is simple: to help deliver better outcomes for customers by building resilient networks and empowered teams.
