I have served many roles in the fitness industry. On the district level I oversaw the membership sales performance, recruitment of sales positions, training and development of sales employees, implemented and enforced work standards, designed city wide marketing strategies as well as serviced and acquired corporate partnerships. At club level the role is very similar, just with less impact and footprint. I have managed a Personal Training Staff as well as new client acquisition, client retention, customer service, and continued education of the trainers themselves.Currently I am the Vice President of Personal Training for the Greater Cleveland and Pittsburgh Area. My main focuses are recruitment and development of all entry level to management level employees in our Personal Training division. Secondary roles include but are not limited to quality control, customer service, internal marketing, profit management and standard implementation.
