This includes age verification processes, health and safety measures, and adherence to licensing protocols.Marketing & promotions play a role in driving foot traffic. I develop campaigns that highlight new arrivals, promotions, & lounge events. Social media platforms are used to engage with the community & promote the unique offerings of our establishment.Financial management is integral to sustaining a profitable business. Implementing cost-effective measures while maintaining quality is a constant focus, ensuring the long-term success of the retail shop and lounge.
