As a technology supervisor for the IT intern program, I improved and mapped several recruiting and hiring processes that would retained during an organizational restructure. I also built key relationships with university faculty and students in order to meet current and future staffing needs.Following my passion of music, I went back to school to receive a certification in Audio Engineering. My experience as an IT analyst translates to my attention to detail in audio in order to replicate and enable musicians sound to its fullest potential.
