Zeus polymer solutions – tubing, catheter componentry, heat shrinks, bioabsorbable and implantable medical products, sutures, fiber optics coatings, and much more – are all around us today making our daily lives better.Through close collaboration with engineering teams in the Aerospace, O&G and the Medical Device sectors, my role is to support customers in the French and Southern European market, with tailored and innovative polymer solutions that solve critical manufacturing challenges. From process development, design challenges, materials guidance, prototype development, to quality support, I help to remove barriers and overcome challenging obstacles facing our customers. Specialties: Plastic tubing and monofilament for Medical devices, medical tubing, stent application. Catheter and micro catheter construction and components for Cardiovascular, Neurovascular, Peripheral, Gastrointestinal endoscopy and Structural heart applications. Fluid transfer tubing. Extrusion of high performance plastic materials PFA, ETFE, FEP, PVDF, PEEK, PTFE, PI for tubing, heat shrink, profile. Biomaterials, bio absorbable and implantable medical products solutions using PLGA, PLLA. Suture solutions.
