A well respected business leader, known for creating compelling strategy, galvanising teams and delivering results. Over nearly 18 years within Vodafone I benefited from working across a broad range of businesses, functions and markets, developing expert capability across sales, commercial and marketing disciplines.Most recently I have played a key role in the turnaround of the £2bn per annum Vodafone UK B2B business, leading a team of over 350 colleagues. Directly before this I worked with large mobile network operators across Asia, Nordics and EU as Commercial Director of Vodafone\'s consulting business.I am a driven and committed team player, with demonstrable results both in my professional career and outside of work. I enjoy racing sailing boats and compete at an international level, having won a number of National and World Championship titles.
