My passion lies in better understanding consumer behaviour and how to translate this into insights that build brands. Insights that are not understandable or actionable are often wasted. As such my main focus is on making sure findings are communicated in a relatable manner putting a focus on the audience and building compelling stories with facts. I have extensive experience in building models to yield insights, writing reports and presenting to top tier companies across a range of levels. The information I provide is often used to inform strategic decisions by making sure the consumer is taken into account. In addition to presenting to individual companies and managing clients, I also have experience presenting at industry conferences, and writing for and giving interviews to the media.
