Driving digital innovation within the spaces I work, and always exploring and experimenting with new technologies to implement best-in-class solutions is what I strive for. Over the last 6 years, I have designed analytics solutions to meet – and exceed – business targets.I like to turn raw data points into powerful insight to reduce process and system inefficiencies, establish automation, eliminate communication gaps, and increase scalability. My solutions tackle but are not limited to issues ranging from financial compliance to network design.My strength lies in my ability to explore subject matter and gain a deep understanding of the problems business users face, from c-suite to individual contributors. I can outline current process challenges, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend actions that give the highest return on investment.Some of my career accomplishments include- Leading a team of 4-5 to streamline manual processes by building tools for better quality and accuracy of reporting- Boosting productivity company-wide by minimizing operational risks and providing robust, long-term solutions- Improving efficiency via performance analysis and establishing data migration processes to reduce time spent- Reducing errors by upwards of 70% by creating centralized data collection procedures- Increasing transparency, which allowed a smaller team to complete 4 times their workload.I am now studying for my GMAT exam and plan on pursuing the MBA designation.
