Being in recruitment since 2017, I’ve worked across agency and in-house. During my time in agency I specialised in high-volume contact centre hiring, professional services, and now in-house financial services — bringing a people-first, quality-driven approach to everything I do.I began my career at Red Dot, where I spent over 5 years growing into a Senior Recruitment Consultant and member of the leadership team. I was responsible for hiring recruiters internally, onboarding and training new starters, and building high-performing teams — all while delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns for clients across sales and customer service.I then joined Morson Talent’s Professional Services division, working with national clients on RPO and MSP accounts, supporting temporary and permanent recruitment across roles in HR, Finance, Legal, and Office Support. This gave me great insight into stakeholder partnership and delivering value in a fast-paced agency environment.Now at Key Group, I’m part of the in-house recruitment team, hiring across all our specialist brands — including More2Life, Air, Key Partnership, and Standard Life Home Finance. I recruit for roles at all levels, from entry to senior leadership, across marketing, finance, operations, and specialist FS positions.
