After an IT-wide reorganization, serves in a hybrid leadership/scrum master role for West Bend’s infrastructure operations team. Leads and coaches a 15-person team of engineers whose responsibilities include server support, database administration, user administration, Office 365 email and application support, telephony, firewall administration and wireless. Regularly works with delivery managers and product owners to execute on projects by using Agile methodologies. Develops and plans new projects and technologies by working closely with other IT scrum masters and leaders from other business units (Claims, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Actuarial, Specialty Insurance, Facilities and Support Services).
