I’m a CFO with over 20 years of experience helping companies leverage their financial data to improve business and financial decisions, fostering growth and long-term success. My experience spans capital markets, oil and gas, and clean technology — from investment banking (RBC Capital Markets) to equity research (TD Securities) to heading finance at both startups and large corporations.Most recently, I was CFO at ZS2 Technologies, where I played a key role in capital raises, established financial processes from the ground up, and enhanced cross-functional forecasting and cash visibility. I have also directed teams of up to 20 and managed finance, insurance, compliance, and other functions.I come with a business partner and operational mindset. I make the complex simple, mentor teams, and raise the quality of decision making. I\'m presently the Vice Chair for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation (Chairperson for the 2025/2026 season).I\'m pursuing CFO and fractional CFO positions — particularly with firms that are scaling, raising capital, or experiencing transformation.Let’s connect!
