Passionate and knowledgeable about the construction industry, with over 17 years’ experience across a wide range of projects on construction sites.My career began as an apprentice, where I quickly discovered my love for all things construction and never looked back. From there, I progressed rapidly—moving from the tools into a trade supervisor role, before stepping into management with Barratt Redrow. Within 24 months, I was promoted from Assistant Site Manager to Site Manager, where I led teams, delivered award-winning quality, and honed my leadership skills.In 2025, I took on a new challenge as Contracts Manager for North Devon Decorating & Tiling, where I now oversee multiple projects across Devon and Cornwall.
