Sell software and hardware platforms directly to service providers worldwide and through retail in the US including cloud-based management platforms that enable applications and solutions delivery to devices in home ecosystems. Supply ~30M compute devices annually inclusive of broadband Wi-Fi gateways, Wi-Fi routers, cable modems, Wi-Fi extenders and set-top boxes. Support management platforms with 92M devices actively under management. Annual revenue of ~$2B with a global team of 1,600 employees and an estimate of 300M active devices deployed in homes. Driving transformation in the business leveraging deployed scale to build a compelling hybrid business blending foundational core devices strength with the ability to transform the user experience in the Connected Home. Pivoting investment to delivering cloud-based applications and integrated solutions to the home improving bandwidth, latency, reliability, resiliency, and interoperability for work, education, entertainment, and health. Announced as the CEO of a Home Networks business separated from CommScope. A stand-alone Home would create a focused home business with the ability to accelerate investment in the transformational pivot to a hybrid hardware/software business with increased competitiveness, streamlined structures and growing recurring revenue streams.
