On first glance the ways I spend my time looks like I can\'t decide what I want to do, but everything I do contains a common thread … human thriving. Let’s face it, thriving isn’t easy. We live in a toxic society desperately seeking to undermine us. It wants to keep us trapped in a cycle of consumption, distraction, and chronically suppressing symptoms rather than addressing the heart of matter. This toxicity is so ubiquitous and familiar that many of us don’t even see it, we just go through life with a haunting sense that something is horribly wrong. Thus the need for misfits like me to rattle cages people don’t realize they’re in and drop keys so they can discover the path to their own abundance. Whether you are wanting to explore the depths of your psyche through breathwork, reorder your inner world through holistic coaching, need to grieve at the loss of a loved one, or discover the benefits of natural movement footwear, I am here to help you on the road to thriving.
