I\'m excited to take on a brand new role looking after some radio imaging for Gaydio. They have a unique and powerful sound that stands up against the biggest stations and it\'ll be a great new challenge to ensure that continues.
ABOUT JOE KINCH
My name is Joe, I guess I would describe myself as the multi-tool for your radio station.My work in the last few years has seen me wear many hats, from radio presenting, music scheduling, imaging production and general creation to engineering and traffic scheduling.Most of my work is currently as Lead Station Sound at Radio Essex where I oversee the output under the programme controller, working on the imaging production and keeping the playlist sounding right.I also have undertaken some exciting freelance projects in the media scene, working as a remote imaging producer for two huge radio brands in Oman (Hi FM and So! Radio).Plus I\'ve stepped into the podcast scene as the sole producer for The A to Z of Men, hosted by Scott Robison from the boyband FIVE and Chris Brooks, a renowned radio presenter previously on-air at Capital.It\'s been a wild journey since I started and I\'m taking each day as it comes, every project is a new way for me to express creativity and I\'m excited for what may come next.
