As a Technical Program Manager at Ryan, LLC, a leading global tax services and software provider, I lead software engineering and development projects in the Indirect Tax and Grants, Credits, & Incentives domains. I have over two years of experience in this role and over 15 years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, and information architecture across various industries and domains.My passion is to help clients solve complex problems and deliver value through high-performing, efficient teams. I specialize in SAFe, Lean-Agile, and blended project management methodologies, and I hold certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile) and I hold an SAFe RTE certification.
