Lead end-to-end implementations for Highnote’s card-issuing platform, partnering with fintechs, brands, and sponsor banks to launch innovative debit, prepaid, and credit card programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for program sponsors, guiding clients through technical integrations, compliance requirements, and operational readiness.Key contributions include: • Managing complex program launches from contract execution through go-live, ensuring alignment across engineering, compliance, risk, and product teams. • Translating regulatory and bank requirements (e.g, KYC/CIP, Reg E/Z, UDAP/UDAAP, card network guidelines) into clear project plans for clients. • Advising on card program design, including BIN selection, card art compliance, fee structures, and operational workflows. • Driving cross-functional coordination between sponsor banks, compliance partners, internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve blockers and accelerate time-to-market. • Providing ongoing strategic guidance to customers on program optimization, scaling considerations, and best practices.This role combines technical fluency, regulatory knowledge, and client relationship management to deliver successful program launches that balance innovation with sustainability.
