Director of Cyber Security program that addresses Molina compliance as mandated by HIPAA Security, SOX and State & Federal Regulations as well as any new regulatory and/or company established requirements. • Liaison to Legal, HIPAA, Compliance & HR teams. • Assisting with the HIPAA Security Compliance Program, including: performing assessments for new and existing systems and applications; and providing assistance on remediation efforts to the business. • Maintaining an awareness of state and federal regulations/legislation and other governing requirements and providing guidance on the controls necessary to protect sensitive data and achieve regulatory compliance. • Working with Molina IT areas and appropriate business owners to ensure new and existing applications and systems comply with mandated regulations and Molina security policies. • Evaluating and providing recommendations to the IT development teams and third parties on how to address areas of non-compliance. • Assisting with the support of the enterprise-wide Security Policy Program, including: security policy maintenance; adherence to policy; policy exceptions; and security awareness and training. • Maintaining an awareness of developments in the compliance and data security fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrating them into own practices. • Independently managing multiple priorities and projects including Penetration testing on databases, websites and applications; server hardenning; vulnerability scanning & management; and Encase forensic investigation, evaluating security compliance for Cloud providers • Currently/recently evaluating/implementing/configuring/testing NAC-(Cisco ISE, Forescout), Cloud Security (Elastica, Netskope), Websense, Redseal, Symantec CCS(Control & Compliance Suite) application for vulnerability scanning, Risk Assessment; Unified Solutions for Cyber Security to address DDoS, WAF, Imperva-Database audits, FireEye, VMware; Wireless security.
