Publish strongly performing research reports for market participants and provide internal analysis on issues across structured finance (including RMBS, consumer ABS, corporate/esoteric ABS, CMBS and CLOs) and related industries, markets and economic sectors)- Analyze public and proprietary data and trends to provide qualitative and quantitative insights, with a focus on consumer and housing-related credit quality, household economic trends and real estate markets. Focused on US, but also lead global projects- Participate in internal working groups and committees to support analysis, collaborating across lines of business on issues related to consumer credit, mortgage banking, housing, financial technology and other topics; often lead joint research projects and ongoing initiatives- Member of State of the US Consumer working group and US Housing and Housing Finance group leadership. Current or past participants in groups on broad North American research, US policy, US Education, global Libor transition, FinTech, leverage finance, tax reform and other key areas.
