I possess a positive outlook and believe in the art of the possible.As CEO of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), I’m proud to have led a vibrant community of over HR professionals across Ontario. Since joining in 2023, I focused on driving a bold, transformative agenda—resulting in HRPA’s highest membership in a decade, a ~20% revenue increase, a major financial turnaround, and a revitalized brand and culture. We built something future-ready and impactful.I’m the founder of #movethedial, a global movement that advanced the participation of women in tech, engaging over people. My career spans executive roles in tech, law, and growth strategy—including leading Growth at Vetster, being the CEO of Peerscale and #movethedial and working at Osler, where I led business development strategy for the national litigation group. I started my career at Workbrain in tech, then spent time at Scotiabank in HR before practicing law at Torkin Manes LLP.Purpose is core to everything I do. In 2018, I co-founded #Tech4SickKids to support SickKids Foundation’s AI and innovation work. The initiative raised over $9M and helped power a $1.7B campaign. I also served on the No Limits Campaign Cabinet and personally unlocked $5M+ in donations—work I’m deeply proud of.I’ve served on the Board of Directors of Toronto Global, as a community member on the HR Committee of the Board of Sunnybrook Hospital and I’ve been recognized as one of Canada’s 25 Women of Influence, a two-time WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women honouree, and Communicator of the Year by IABC. I’m also the author of Go Out of Your Way, and currently in Columbia Business School’s CEO Program.I hold an HBA from Ivey, an LLB from Osgoode, and an honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Calgary. I am a proud mom to a teenager, and love to travel, cook, read biographies workout and practice yoga.
