ABOUT JODIE FRANKLIN

Currently I head up the UK and MEA L&D function at PageGroup, leading an experienced and fantastic team to create and deliver training and development at all levels and to support the achievement of strategic business goals as set out by the CEO, Nick Kirk.2024 marks 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry and I still get the same buzz from it as I did on day 1! I hold an MBTI (Myers Briggs) pracitioner qualification and am CIPD level 5 qualified.Having began my career as a graduate starting up an SAP desk with the the SThree group, and also managing a team of recruiters, I have a full and well rounded understanding of the role of a recruiter, and leader within a recruitment business, as well as the challenges associated with these roles.
