Responsible for directing, planning and managing the overall operations of a multi-concept Food and Beverage casual dining and Branded QSR locations -Oversees the daily operations of a multi-concept location and ensures delivery of the highest level of service, sanitation, guest, landlord and union relations -Facilitates the development of team leaders and implementation goals and objectives to meet annual budget/labor forecasts and other business goals, direct unit management to ensure sales, labor and cost forecast are a primary focus daily-Directs location staff to ensure compliance with applicable company standards, policies, practices and objectives.Responsible for the development of 6 GM Roles and 6 brands generating up to 35 million dollars annual revenue.
