ABOUT JOCELYN PEARCE

Having worked in technology for 10+ years, I am a strong believer of how it can transform our personal and working lives, how we operate in society, and how we connect with each other, organisations and brands. I stand for good tech that supports constructive, helpful transformation to provide exceptional experiences for us as citizens and consumers.I have been fortunate to work with numerous CPG organisations, putting tech to work; in focus areas of data, analytics and AI, which have transformed front office experiences and back office processes - serving to shape the Customer and Consumer journey. Most recently, working as a Client Executive at IBM, I managed the U.K. relationship for a small number of CPG clients, supporting their strategy across initiatives such as Sustainability, Direct to consumer, Industry 4.0 and Supply chain optimisation, to deliver innovative Consumer Engagement and Experiences and business productivity and efficiencies. I now work as the Global Client Executive for bp, partnering to support bp\'s transition from IoC to IEC. Outside of technology, I take a interest in (marketing) psychology, emerging business models, and am fascinated by what we can learn from the concept of \'failure\'. I\'m also an obsessive runner!
