My background includes more than 20 years in industrial, production and engineering area in big companies such as TROUW NUTRITION, CARGILL, MABE, MUSASHI, EVIALIS, MCM CONSTRUÇÃO E MONTAGEM and NORAÇO S/A, as Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, Process and Planning Engineer. In addition to this experience, I have an expertise in planning and execution at industrial facilities focusing on process control and management, quality assurance, maintenance, logistics defining and adopting performance indicators, goals for productivity, cost, efficiency, team sizing and resources availability (BSC), shrinking losses, mapping processes, reducing down and setup times and protecting systems against errors (QC STORY and 6 Sigma).I have also experience at HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implementation, managing quality adopting SOP´s based on applicable work procedures, dealing with non-conformities and establishing improvements (Lean/Kaizen), training teams and executing internal and external audits, granting operations that can be kept in a preventable and sustainable way.I also bring to the table a safety program implementation, executed via quality training to operational teams, preventing accidents and maximising quality. Experience on Maintenance Management (Preventive and Corrective), new facilities and equipment installation and start-up.
