The Pierre Boulez Saal is Berlin’s newest concert hall. Founded by the legendary pianist and conductor Daniel Barenboim as a space without barriers between artists and audiences, its mission is to promote curiosity through music. Before its opening, I was engaged to:• Develop and launch of digital communication assets (launch of the project)• Pierre Boulez Saal\'s opening campaign (incl. pre- and post- strategies)Since its opening in March 2017, my ongoing responsibilities have expanded and include:• Creation of multimedia content tailored for different digital channels (owned and advertising).• Management of several internal and external teams to implement workflows in the production of creative contents.• Implementation of digital advertising campaigns in strong collaboration with media planning teams• Video direction of promotional content: trailers and video-ads, as well as artistic audiovisual materials: full concerts and deep-dive content such as behind the scenes, interview narratives or short documentaries.• Analysis of online user behavior: consumption of cultural content.• Planning of production, broadcasting and promotion schedules for audiovisual and digital content.Since 2020 I have played a leading role as Head of Digital Content. Part of Pierre Boulez Saal\'s team in a consulting-externalised position since 2016.
