Responsible for initiating and leading and/or supporting projects in 7 different manufacturing sites in the Americas at the moment. Includes selling the concepts/projects to clients to grow the business. Remote international project management with teams of various sizes and origins/backgrounds. Contributes to develop company-wide platforms. Coaches new permanent hires in the team. Coaches MSc students in the workplace. Contributes to cross-functional groups (development groups, focus groups, virtual teams, limited duration teams). Works with process analytical technologies such as NIR, Raman, FBRM, XRF, flow cytometry, Rapid Microbial Methods (RMM) and other cutting-edge techs. Works with multivariate data analysis tools for modeling and prediction. Provides training in advanced concepts in the company (Multivariate Data Analysis, Process Analytics, Rapid Microbial Methods) Proficient in the use of 6-sigma tools (green and black belt projects). Leads international 6-sigma projects of various sizes and impact. Also certified Innovation Coach: leads and facilitates innovation workshops to solve company challenges. Involved in projects ranging from quality control, to process monitoring and process optimisation and new process development. Encompasses system qualification, validation of methods, implementation of solution, training, etc. French and English 5/5 Spanish 4/5 (proficient to work in Spanish)
