Analyzed, designed, and implemented five learning Centre’s of Excellence for vastly different organizations. • Conducted comprehensive reviews of organization’s programs, products, services, and operational procedures. • Provided guidance, project management and change management of comprehensive programs around task-based training inventory (approximately 80 courses). • Guided multiple organizations towards opportunities whereby the existing methodologies can be adjusted, creating an agile, effective, and sustainable future plan during a pandemic and beyond. • Created multiple products including video case studies, HR audit checklists and dynamic website tours for a national farmers’ association. • Delivered customized workshops to help corporate clients navigate operational continuity during the large exit of employees through knowledge management. • Recent clients include: Canadian government agency, Eastern Ontario Coalition of not-for-profit youth centres, US based high-tech international event planners, US alternative medical centre, West Coast coaching practice, Ontario college, Award winning human resource consulting firm, national farmers’ association.
