Provide leadership for the Continuous Improvement program at Casa Grande.· As a member of the local Leadership team, promote the CI culture, supporting Hexcel\'s safety focus, financial objectives, and quality initiatives.· Mentor four Six Sigma Green Belt projects in the Engineering Department and preparing four additional candidates to attend the Green Belt training in January 2026.· In conjunction with the Operations Manager, developed and introduced the Tiered Huddle (Daily Management System). Structured the huddle format and conducting initial/follow-up training sessions for employees at all site organization levels. Introduced an employee idea program linked to the huddle system.· Assisted the Regional CI Managers with the development of the CI Maturity Matrix and facilitated the initial local leadership Maturity self-assessment.· Responsible for GCIP savings tracking and reporting, coordinating with the Engineering and Finance teams.· Facilitated multiple Kaizen events.· Revised 6S Audit program to provide clearer evaluation criteria and to better involve employees in the site\'s 6S improvement efforts.· Develop and present CI Quarterly Reviews.· Collaborate with other CI Leaders on best practice sharing.
