Supervise a team of lab technicians assuring the day to day operations and procedures are achieved • Conduct physical testing of Carbon fiber on density, mass per unit length and sizing removal • Execute mechanical testing of Carbon Fiber, including but not limited to: specimen preparation, tensile strength, modulus and elongation.• Perform testing of sizing including solids analysis, particle size and pH determination• Compute test results, enter test data, analyze results and generate reports based upon statistical process control criteria and communicate those results to management.• Use quality control disciplines to ensure product quality while being customer focused• Collaborate with manager to perform special investigations to refine sample testing methods, evaluating complex results.• Conduct spot checks and calibrations on equipment used for testing materials as needed
