Over 15 years of experience specialising in human-centred design to help businesses with a creative, evidence-based approach to problem solving. I have worked across diverse sectors to craft digital products and services which meet the needs of users and deliver on business outcomes.I’m passionate about exploring how digital can help real-world challenges. Using my experience of Human-centred product and service design, coupled with my interest in applying behavioural science to design. I have significant experience of inspiring, growing and nurturing teams during times of significant change.Co-founder and monthly organiser of NUX Newcastle, a bi-monthly UX meetup open to all. Part of the larger NUX network with meetups in Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and York! We host an annual conference and workshop sessions in Manchester each year.
