ABOUT JOANNE TAYLOR
Commercially-focussed Head of Tax with significant Private Equity experience, both Fund-side and for portfolio businesses. Particular skills in cash-management (cash repatriation, cash generation), cost-reduction and group simplification. I have over 20 years\' experience in developing and managing global teams to deliver excellent results.Whilst primarily a UK tax specialist, my global tax diligence and acquisition structuring experience means that I have a broad understanding of common pitfalls across all taxes in many different jurisdictions, including the US and Europe. My experience includes portfolio risk management, IPOs, take-privates, acquisition and disposal structuring, tax due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), debt listings, reorganisations, post-deal support and tax modelling/reporting. I have significant experience in delivering tax advice to PE portfolio company management teams to help them maximise value on future exit, including tax asset allocations, management equity plans and exit bonuses.
