Leads the global corporate TA team at Sage, ensuring that our global TA teams deliver the right talent quickly, efficiently, and effectively. • Responsible for driving the creation, evolution, and implementation of Sage’s employment brand and channel/campaign strategies; including the integration of our Employer Value Proposition. • Manages Sage\'s Employer Global Brand and TA Operations teams, including the Talent Brand Manager, Campaign & Channel Manager, Early Careers/D&I Program Manager, and People Graduate(s). • Accountable for global TA operational processes that drive the effective and efficient execution of Sage’s talent attraction, engagement, sourcing, selection, onboarding, efforts while ensuring a consistent best-in-class candidate experience.
