Help improve user experience for current Zoom products across platforms (from low to high-end), while working closely with head designer, engineers to meet business and user requirements.· Conduct user testing to understand better the user\'s needs, design with real data.· Develop low and high fidelity prototypes and specifications for user interaction design and created final visual design deliverable, including assets and guidelines.· Introduce user-centered design process and methods into the team to develop concepts for near future innovation.
