ABOUT MAGGIE COOPER MUNSON

I\'m a Product Manager who\'s focused on research, data-driven decisions, and user experience. My background in customer success and marketing gives me a holistic approach to product management. One of my favorite things about product management is that I get to unite multiple teams - engineering, design, leadership, marketing, and support - to build useful products together.I\'m experienced with agile product development. I work closely with technical managers and engineers to ensure we\'re efficient and build the right things. Customer support is also a passion of mine. I got my start on the customer-facing side of tech, and believe that customer service is the (underrated) key to successful companies. I love to talk to customers to uncover problems and work with my team to come up with solutions. I do best on a team that\'s empathetic, transparent, and inclusive. I love working in a start-up environment and rolling up my sleeves to help wherever I can. Outside of work, I\'m a mom to three sweet human babies and too many plant babies.
