Consult with HPE clients across verticals and implement client desired solutions from within HPE Security Solutions stack.• Gather information on client requirements through use-case and business requirement mapping sessions.• Provide technical direction to solve complex issues and ensure on-time delivery of solutions that meets and exceeds client expectations• Develop client defined use-cases into reusable security monitoring content on the ArcSight SIEM platform.• Logical design, installation, and configuration of ArcSight SIEM components purchased by clients • Conduct periodic SIEM Solution HealthChecks which involves; ArcSight SIEM architecture review, ArcSight SIEM components review, Use-case content reviews, documentation of findings and recommendations.• Conduct workshops and walkthrough activities pre/post implementation with assigned clients to drive home products/solution benefits.• Troubleshoot implemented SIEM solutions to identify performance bottlenecks and other reported operational issues.• Interative interactions with client designated contacts and stackholders to ensure project prerequisites are in place ahead of project start thus assuring successful project delivery.• Perform security analyst functions on behalf of clients as defined in SOWs (Scope of Work).• Gather client feedback on product functionality/capabilites through formal and informal sessions.• Perform quality assurance on completed client projects; conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions; occasional PreSales activities.
